EE Fitness stems from two twin sisters who grew up in an underrepresented community. Growing up we didn't know anything about health and wellness until the age of 16! Our first time experiencing the benefits of moving our body changed us forever. We want everyone to experience the same benefits.  EE Fitness is a brand that represents women driven by women. We not only help women reach their fitness goals everyday, we help them with their mental goals as well. To understand fitness is to understand that the body needs to be worked as a whole, That is why we are not just a fitness brand but a wellness brand.
